A relaxing and rejuvenating weekend amid the serenity, natural beauty, wonder and charm of our small coastal town located on the Chesapeake Bay on Virginia's Eastern Shore (lovingly abbreviated "ESVA"), allows you the space to reconnect with your inner self and make connections with other heart-centered women from all over the country. The retreat offers inspiring sessions that teach simple techniques to create dramatic life changes including small and large group activities. Many also revel in taking in a sunset, renting a golf cart to get around, immersing themselves in the small town charm that exemplifies Cape Charles!

Located on the Chesapeake Bay on Virginia’s southern Eastern Shore, the coastal landscape provides a natural backdrop to slow down and heal mind, body, spirit, and soul. In fact, I was so enchanted by its charm, that I picked up my life and now reside in Cape Charles!
